The firm opened the AITH facility on 18 July 2026, positioning it as a next-generation centre of excellence capable of supporting large-scale client transformation programmes. The hub is designed to support complex, delivery-intensive client engagements by bringing together sector expertise, digital capabilities, methodologies and execution teams under a scalable operating model.

The Noida facility is part of PwC India's broader strategy to establish next-generation centres of excellence. According to the firm, the hub will help accelerate project delivery, improve operational efficiency and enable closer integration across consulting, solutioning and execution functions.

Aligned to the firm's Vision 2030 goals, the hub reinforces its ambition of building technology-enabled delivery models and tapping high-quality talent pools beyond India's metros. AITH reflects the firm's commitment to investing in technology, innovation, capability building and developing a future-ready workforce.

PwC India said the initiative also aligns with its plans to expand hiring beyond major urban centres by tapping talent in Tier II and Tier III cities.

Sanjeev Krishan, Chairperson of PwC in India, said the hub would create "meaningful career pathways for talent across emerging locations" as India's growth story expands beyond metros.

Vivek Prasad, Chief People Officer at PwC India, said the expansion aims to open access to new talent pools and create structured long-term delivery careers closer to emerging economic centres.

For working professionals, the hub signals a shift in where large consulting and technology delivery roles are being created. Firms of PwC's scale building structured career pathways in non-metro locations means skilled professionals outside India's biggest cities have growing access to high-quality, long-term roles in digital transformation and technology-enabled services.
